Kockums Griddle is made in Sweden of Swedish 4 mm carbon steel. It is pre-seasoned with vegetable oils which makes it ready for immediate use and you do not have to start with a seasoning procedure. The griddle has two handles and a decorative Kockums logo. The width of the griddle, including handles, is 40 cm and the frying area is 22x22 cm.
